| Bio: | Artist, Writer, Rotter for Hire (or at least, that's what it says on my business cards). Aleister D D Gilgrim (and yes, really, I'm not joking that truly is my name, and yes, one of the D's does stand for Danger... I'm just not saying which one), I am the creator, writer and artist for the Cemeterians from Slave Labor Graphics as well as an unnanounced new Graphic Novel project coming in early to mid 2008. I am also the official illustrator and comic artist for the video game, Trickster Online, from Ntreev USA. A new webcomic will be uploaded to the Trickster Online website every Friday, detailing the rambling and often weird lives of the fine, off-balanced folks behind the game, look for it, read it, enjoy it, it's call Megalo Life! I am also a studio artist with showings and work hanging in the Night Gallery Ceramics in Santa Ana, I design freelance for companies such as Rockett and All Hallows clothing and am always up for finding new things to try out. I have a degree in studio art from Chapman Univeristy, I was a professional dancer and dance instructor for over 10 years (since retired). I have lived in Japan, Russia and of course America. I have been married twice, and have had a wonderful collection of animal companions through the years. I have been a tattoo artist, a retail monkey, a property manager, and other sundry things left unsaid. Especially those involving the video game world. I am passionate about Horror culture, books, Industrial, Darkwave/Coldwave, Horror Punk, film, literature, most things dark, spooky, devious, philosphical and aesthitically off kilter as well as this incredibly brilliant and beautifully, wonderfully mischievous woman.
